The Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area, Inc. (CLARA) has developed the Reduced Fee Program to provide divorcing couples with limited means to pursue a Collaborative Divorce. If you would like to be considered for this program, please complete the intake form on this page. You will be contacted by the program administrator or an attorney to inform you whether you are eligible.
Each case will include a team composed of:
Attorneys: Each party has their own attorney.
Facilitator (neutral): This specialist will moderate each collaborative meeting and will meet separately with clients as necessary.
Financial Specialist (neutral): This person gathers financial data and information, prepares statements of net worth, and may calculate and present options for support.
Child Specialist (neutral): If the children have difficult issues, this person will meet with the parents to create a parenting plan and provide support during the divorce process.
